Remedies to ease toothache? - wisdom toothache remedies

I have a toothache from a wisdom tooth coming through, and make my jaw pain on the left. I tried all of the following:

Whiskey in pain
Ice
Hot Water Bottle
Nurofen (many)
Aspirin (I know I should not mix, but it hurts)
Mouth with salt water

And nothing is the relief of pain. Can anyone offer suggestions? As a dentist is not open now in this time and open all around me do not do business.
