What exercises can I do after knee surgery? - after surgery knee exercises fotos
My doctor said my knee was FUBAR. I'm going to surgery, but if I do not want to share to around 6-8 months with his knee in a splint. What exercises can I do to keep my body in good condition? I want to (basic training for the heart which is obviously not able to bike or walk until I'm cured), etc.
