Blueprint for startups that need to defer compensation down the line? - blueprint for dunking machines
Has anyone a pattern or structure, such as moving the new company with limited funds in May to receive compensation for their executives into line. We are trying to start a business with little start-up capital. We pay our employees a wage that we can not and do not want to give away that the stock markets. However, we promise them a salary at the baseline in the work that they do. Has anyone a plan written entirely in its entirety.
